Proofing tools for Office 2010

I'm trying to find proofing tools for Office 2010 on MS site, but something is completely wrong. All the links now bring me to the Office 2013 options. Even the link "Download a Language Pack for Office 2010" on http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/language-packs/office-2013-language-options-FX102851176.aspx brings me to Office Language Pack 2013 page.

Actually I don't need the full language pack, I just need the spellchecker working for some languages (russian, estonian, some more). As I see it is possible to freely download such proofing tools for Office 2013, but they don't work with Office 2010.

What I show do and where I can them?

Thanks in advance,

Vadim

    Hello,

Who can enplane why I can not download proofing tools for Office 2010 for Russian language? It is strange, that reliable customers can download a lot of difference language support, but when you want to download Russian, you download Mongolian. Buy the way it is two difference languages. Does it is because of sanctions against the Russia?

I'm really surprise that I bought the product, and do not have REAL support for them.

I unsuccessfully three times already try to resolve this issue. (to get a Russian language pack for Office 2010)

I read a lot of low quality with Russian language pack for Office 2013, this is a reason why I want to use very good quality of language pack in 2010 Office. In the Microsoft shop in Lynnwood, WA we are try to use 2016, and it doesn't work too. This is a reason why I try to receive help from here.

    See:

Microsoft service request number: 1374448425.= result 0

Microsoft service request number: 1374453190.= result 0

Microsoft service request number: 1375149633.= result 0

for me it is not look like a support.

The only ways that you can obtain Russian Proofing Tools for Office 2010 are:

    1. By purchasing a subscription to the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN)
    2. By trying to find a copy for sale on a site such as ebay.

It would be less expensive to take out a subscription to Office 365 as then for Office 2016, the proofing tools can be downloaded without charge.

I believe that what Doug has said applies to all proofing tools for Office 2010, since you can no longer download them free from Microsoft. See Do I need a language pack, Language Accessory Pack (LAP), or a Language Interface Pack (LIP)? at https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Do-I-need-a-language-pack-Language-Accessory-Pack-LAP-or-a-Language-Interface-Pack-LIP-4548ec6b-6d0e-40aa-8780-7bbee9554e04?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US.

Office 2010 Proofing Tools were never free: they cost $24.95 per language. But you are correct that they are no longer available.
