Please have a look at this utility I wrote a while ago. It still works in OneNote 2013:

It might work for Windows native mode, but it fails [immediately when installing and afterwards when running under Windows 7 under Parallels. Not a great choose for Mac users.

No, I have not. What is it you are looking for?
You might have a look at Omar Atay's OneTastic macro utility. Recently a bunch of macros have been added there to sort notebooks, sections, pages, tables and paragraphs.
