That is unfortunately not helpful for anyone using Onenote within a company with restricted Admin rights. Cannot use any script. The feature needs to be embedded in the tool.
For me, Onenote is not yet properly thought through. It is some sort of sophisticated gadget. I bet the guys who developed it don't use it for work.
It is not far from very nice though.
Does this utility work automatically in real time in the background (alleviating the need to manually re-sort like Onetastic appears to require)? If yes, does the sorting persist upon restarting OneNote or when moving back from another notebook? I need something that maintains alpha-sorting when notes are added/edited, when I restart OneNote, when moving from section/notebook to section/notebook, etc. Auto-alpha-sorting is practically the last hurdle I need to overcome/accept in fully abandoning Evernote.
