How to display margins in Word 2013

I just upgraded from Word 2007 to Word 2013.  In the 2007 version, I could display the margins but I haven't been able to find how to do that in Word 2013.  Does anyone know?  Clicking on "show text boundaries" seems to put a lot of lines in the document only.

    I had this challenge too.  It wasn't a ruler issue....I needed to see the whole page, margins included. 

    Go to Options > Display > select Show white space between pages in Print Layout view. > OK

    Interesting! That is exactly how I use the Results section of the Navigation pane. For context and a quick overview of search results, I use Ctrl+F (the re-assigned built-in shortcut). Anything more advanced I do from the Find and Replace dialog box (Ctrl+H), and I actually prefer the Find & Replace tab over the Find tab in the dialog.

    I like the convenience of Ctrl+F to open the Navigationpane. Moreover, there are times when I want to use the search in the pane because it shows all the results in context. In any case, situations where I need to enter "special" codes are usually Replace rather than Find operations.

    I really like the Navigation Pane for some kinds of searches (not to mention navigation), but it's a barrier to more advanced searches (this is true in Word 2010, too, of course). I usually end up starting a search with Ctrl+H (to open the Replace dialog) so that I have all the options more easily accessible.

    Suzanne, I'm surprised you are still using CTL H to call up the old Find dialog (by way of Replace).  I thought you had heard of the tip to reassign CTL F back to the traditional Find dialog. I too have no use for the stripped down find available in the Nav Pane (and I too keep the nav pane open in my documents 99% of the time)

    I added my vote to your suggestion. I see that it has been marked as under review by the Word team! Cudos! This is the first time I've seen this notation on any suggestion. I have my fingers crossed.
