How to display margins in Word 2013

I just upgraded from Word 2007 to Word 2013.  In the 2007 version, I could display the margins but I haven't been able to find how to do that in Word 2013.  Does anyone know?  Clicking on "show text boundaries" seems to put a lot of lines in the document only.

    "Space between pages" (and truncated pages) is a "white space" issue (http://wordfaqs.mvps.org/WhiteSpace.htm).

    I never liked the ribbon - due to changes in 2007 caused me to go off with mental health issues in 2010 - I now use the Quick Access Tool Bars - just add the "White Space Button" in Quick Access Toolbar - you need to select 'All Commands' - it places a 'green' circle on the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar)

    In fact, I find that Show Text Boundaries do not even show you the page boundaries.  It shows you the top, left and right, however, if you have, say a section break, at the bottom, it will end there, not at your PAGE boundaries.  For instance, my Margins are all 1", and i have a section next page break at 6", and the Show Text Boundaries stop there.  That still is not my page margin.  Very frustrating feature, and all those lines make my eyes go wonky!

    Do they ever do any type of updates to fix these things, or will I have to upgrade?  

    Good Luck, All.  I'm still looking for a way!

    For Page boundaries:

    Page Setup | Layout | - change to 'Continuous' - for some bizarre reason it is set to 'New Page'

    Try using "crop" marks.  Crop marks are the best work around I have found.

    MS says the previous Text Boundareis was an error they finally fixed!

    Go figure!!!!!!!

    Changing the section start type will not solve the essential problem of text boundaries in Word 2013 and will defeat the purpose of a Next Page section break.

    Hi Suzanne, I appreciate that - guess I was also responding earlier to the 'space' between pages query? Guess I was looking at the wrong parameters - different subject but found a work around for the lack of 'Draw underline on trailing spaces' - solution? Ctrl+ Shift+ U then press space bar. ;-)
