In Office 2013 the item is under File, Opetions Advanced as is called "Text Boundaries".
As I recall, the term has been always "Text Boundareis". While it did show "margins", the margins were also the boundareis for test for that document.
The work around for mailing labels is a bit bogus! Using "borders and shading" to show where the label boundaries are, only to need to remove them prior to printing is far too many steps.
The same is true with envelopes. Try teaching envelopes when there is no "shown" receipient box to place the receipients address or address block! Students have a hard time finding that "box" without "text boundaries"!
OH TO HAVE TEXT BOUNDARIES BACK AGAIN!
