MS Access 2013 crashes continually on different computers.

You are not using Access 365 for this database, so a reinstallation of Office 365 will not make any difference to the database.

 

Is there a Main Menu/Switchboard that opens when the database is first opened?  Is there any code behind that Form.  If so, please copy/paste it here.  Another thought, the database is in a Trusted Location correct?

No, there are no Forms that open or a switchboard.

The database is in a trusted folder.

Little bit more information for you - If I attempt to open the form from All Access Objects, firstly by right click, select Design View, then change to Data Sheet View I get the same error.

It is intended that a user will open the forms from a selection made in a combo box and this is how I first found the error through using the combo box.

Everything was fine before I requested a change be made to the forms to allow for a multi-choice selection in the combo box. It was a check box, but when it was changed to a combo box that's when the problems started.

Is this a split database?  Have you tried refreshing the links?  The Form you are opening, does it have code behind it?  Can you copy/paste that code here?

It's not a split database. There are five forms with a similar purpose and function. The issue is with all five of them. Here is the code behind one.

Okay, I am stumped!  There is nothing in that code that is a problem or that should cause a problem.  Have you tried Debug > Compile to see if any errors present themselves?

No, I haven't. I'll check that out.

Last question if I may, do you think switching to Access 2010 might...... just maybe fix the problem?
