What happened to Pivot Table view in Access 2013?

We are just voicing our thoughts and hoping people in MS who took this decision of dropping Pivot Tables are forced to re-think on it.

Please no one should take comments personally. People make decisions, some turn-out to be good, other you need to make amends. Hopefully, MS will make amends for this catastrophic decision.

I cannot guarantee anything, I do not work for Microsoft.  And, no, I cannot guarantee they won't drop Graphs.  All I can say with the addition of Access Web Apps some things took a hit, Pivot Tables was one of those things.

Graphs are also available in Excel.  Can you guarantee that they will remain in Access?  If pivot charts have been removed, then why not graphs.  Oh, and we've got queries in SQL - why not drop Access altogether?

You can see that we, the Access development community are disappointed and getting very nervous.  There appears to be no future for Access and that makes me very nervous.

I did not say *switch to*.  There are Graph and there are Pivot Charts.  Pivots charts are gone but you can still create a Graph.

The rationale is not wrong for this feature. These features are used only for MIS and such activity happens Quarterly ,once in 6-months. So, the number of users will be less compared to other features.

Moving forward is surely what we should strive, however this will surely reduce Market share of Access. MS will surely agree MS office got sales, but Access will not. That will become fact for this rationale being wrong.
