Office 2013 Professional offline help - how do I install it

In one of my request comment's, I actually ask not only to bring back VBA help offline, but also all help from all Office products.

For what it is worth, it turned out that this topic changed/expanded its original subject. Do you have any problem with that? I also admit that maybe I'm the one responsible for this. Sorry for my lack of comprehension.

P.S.: I will still write about offline VBA help on this topic.

Bring VBA offline help back

Until Excel 2010, VBA help was offline. Now, Excel 2013 and 2016 opens a browser to display the help topic online. This caused issues, as users that aren't connected to the internet can't use help and the browser layer gives a slower experience. 

The user should at least choose if he wants to use local offline help or online help.

Why do people keep bringing up VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) offline help on this topic? Is there that big of a problem with reading comprehension? It has nothing to do with VBA help and that just totally clouds the issue (which has been going on way, way too long with no resolution or even a single relevant response from Microsoft). Please re-read the title of the post and the original posts explaining the problem. The title of this post is "Office 2013 Professional offline help - how do I install it"; it is referring to regular user offline help for Office and NOT developer help for VBA!

The Office Help is now online.

Office 2013 installed by means of Click-to-Run will have no ability for Offline Help files, as these files have been removed to reduce the setup image for download and online installation.

I just bought a new laptop and decided to get Office 2013 with it. I have no internet access at home, and was previously using Office 2003. I have just discovered that there is no offline help in Office 2013.

My new laptop has 16 GB memory and 1 Terabyte hard drive. It is insanity in these times to remove offline help files from a product that will be used frequently offline.

Your information and complete disregard for long-time well-paying customers is absolutely unhelpful, and insulting.

The nine Office 2013 Offline VBA help files used a total of 66.7 MB of HDD space.  The Microsoft Office folder is 1.73 GB.   "these files (66.7 MB) have been removed to reduce the setup image for download and online installation (1.73 GB)"  A savings of 3.62% seems trivial.

Without Internet earlier there was no help.  Offline help for Office 2016 is completely non-existant.
