Getting error 0x8007005 Office 2013 H&B activation key

MS Office 2013 guru's

Does anyone have the fix to the following:  Activation for Office 2013 Excel, Word etc.

 How do you want to activate your software?

  • I want to activate the software over the internet. (recommended)

Here is the error: Microsoft Excel

Hi David,

In case you haven't already found the solution right click on Excel 2013 (or any other Office 2013 application) and select 'Run as Administrator' then follow the steps to activate online

    Hold down the Shift key and the right click to get the Run as Admin option.

    Excellent fix. As soon as I ran the application as Administrator Office activated.

    Changing to administrator worked for me also.  I suggest this information be included in the instructions somewhere.
