Getting error 0x8007005 Office 2013 H&B activation key

Does anyone have the fix to the following:  Activation for Office 2013 Excel, Word etc.

 How do you want to activate your software?

  • I want to activate the software over the internet. (recommended)

Here is the error: Microsoft Excel

Hi David,

In case you haven't already found the solution right click on Excel 2013 (or any other Office 2013 application) and select 'Run as Administrator' then follow the steps to activate online

    hi 

    I'm having this exact problem except that the error code is 0x8004FC12

    I've tries both steps and neither of them seem to work

    Spent several minutes with Microsoft help.  He then needed to work with a Level 5 help.

    Then came back and wanted to charge me $99 to fix this situation.  Crazy when this is all i needed to do once.
