Microsoft Word 2013 has stopped working

Whenever I try to open Word 2013 (safe mode is working fine), it says Word 2013 has stopped working. All other Office 2013 are working correctly.

Sounds like you may have a Bluetooth Add-in that is causing the problem.  Click on the File menu, then Options and then on Add-Ins and then click on the Go button alongside Manage Add-ins and if there is a Bluetooth Add-in, disable it.

    Hi Doug,

                   I also get this message on newly installed MO2013 on W7 Home Premium...but Word pane is greyed out when the error window pops up so I  cant click on File / Options / Add-Ins etc as W7 wants to close the program.

    Whats plan B

    I also have MO2010 on my PC..shud this affect it???

    Hold down the Ctrl key while starting Word until a message box appears telling you that the Control key is being held down and do you want to start Word in Safe Mode.  Click on the Yes or OK and then you should be able to access File>Options.

    i have got the same issue and after i tried to remove the bluetooth add-in and same problem persist. Any other solutions ?

    i have checked and found non of the add-in you all mention i have it in my office 2013 however i have tried to put bluetooth to inactive and problem persist with the microsoft office not working error when opening. anybody can help ? i have already crop the picture of my add-in but how do i attach photo here ?
