Microsoft Word 2013 has stopped working

Whenever I try to open Word 2013 (safe mode is working fine), it says Word 2013 has stopped working. All other Office 2013 are working correctly.

Sounds like you may have a Bluetooth Add-in that is causing the problem.  Click on the File menu, then Options and then on Add-Ins and then click on the Go button alongside Manage Add-ins and if there is a Bluetooth Add-in, disable it.

    Was there a Send to Bluetooth Add-in?  I had to remove that here when 2013 started to repeatedly crash.

    Do you have Toshiba Book Reader installed on the PC?  It has been reported that uninstalling that brings Office back to working status.

    It appears that there may be some incompatibilities with some hardware as well.

    Winword 2013 crashing on startup.

    Uninstalled Abbyy Finereader and it worked again.

    Please could you tell me where the file menu is? I tried to do that in Microsoft Word but it won't let me click on file as there's the error message saying it's stopped working and then closes. I don't know where to find add ins either. I have got the trial version but can't use Word.
