Sounds like you may have a Bluetooth Add-in that is causing the problem.  Click on the File menu, then Options and then on Add-Ins and then click on the Go button alongside Manage Add-ins and if there is a Bluetooth Add-in, disable it.

I am not sure what it was that RS_DM was referring, but have you looked at my response of April 11, 2015?

It might be best if you start a new thread in which you detail the problem with which you are faced as "It didn't work for me" does not really tell us anything.

However, see the Article “Why can’t I start my Office 2013 application at: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/support/why-cant-i-start-my-office-2013-application-HA104011864.aspx

If that does not help, then you might remove all traces of the Office installation by downloading the fixit from the following article:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2739501 saving it to your computer and then running it.

Then reinstall Office by logging into www.office.com/myaccountwith your registered email address and click Install Office.

    Hi Carlin,

I think it might be a Mendeley add in that is causing the problem for me too. How did you resolve this, because I need to use Mendeley, so turning it off is not a viable solution.

    Regards

    Sjurdur
