Whenever I try to open Word 2013 (safe mode is working fine), it says Word 2013 has stopped working. All other Office 2013 are working correctly.

Sounds like you may have a Bluetooth Add-in that is causing the problem. Click on the File menu, then Options and then on Add-Ins and then click on the Go button alongside Manage Add-ins and if there is a Bluetooth Add-in, disable it.
I am having the same issue, however, whenever I try to open any tabs, it Stops Working and asks me to close the program. I dont have Abbey fine reader or any of the other items you list, and cant get into the file, menu as it Stops Working. I am unable to use Word....please help.

I am so angry and frustrated! I am paying $16 a month and excel and word constantly say they are not responding. I cannot find a phone number to call and get help, so I just keep paying. I am getting ready to cancel. I have had it.
Microsoft - get a call center and let your customers call you!!!!! the money you are making off of us, you can afford it. I actually manage call centers, I can set up a real cheap team for you, if you are having trouble with this let me know.
I can't download my sales for the week and then audit, correct and send them to our client because every single time I download a report in excel it says - excel is not responding!!! or I start working get 5 minutes in and it starts this. I am so frustrated. forums are confusing and a waste of time, I don't want to be my own customer service or tech person and have to look things up on my own. I seriously cannot believe that when you go to contact us there is no phone number and just a bunch of options to help yourself.

I installed Office Home & Student 2013. But when I try to call up Word with my shortcut, I got a message that says: A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. My computer is only two weeks old and would not take my old Office 2003. I now have Windows 8 which S**ks as I did have Windows XP which I loved. I feel like a computer invalid with this new Windows 8. It already instructed me to download Windows 8.1 for free, but had a problem and would not download.....Can someone help me get Office 2013 working?
PLEASE NOTIFY ME WHEN YOU HAVE A REAL ANSWER TO THE PROBLEM.....I AM TIRED OF THE RUN AROUNDS AND NO REPAIRS/FIXES THAT JUST TAKE UP MY TIME!!! WHY DOES THIS PROBLEM EXIST? WHY DOESN'T SOMEONE AT MICROSOFT FIND A FIX?
