Microsoft Word 2013 has stopped working

Whenever I try to open Word 2013 (safe mode is working fine), it says Word 2013 has stopped working. All other Office 2013 are working correctly.

Sounds like you may have a Bluetooth Add-in that is causing the problem.  Click on the File menu, then Options and then on Add-Ins and then click on the Go button alongside Manage Add-ins and if there is a Bluetooth Add-in, disable it.

    What I see when I click on File is: New Tab; Duplicate   tab; New Window; New Session; Open; Edit; Save; Save as; Close tab; Page Set up; Print; Print Preview; Send; Import and Export; Properties; Work offline; and Exit. I do not see Account or Options.

    I feel like an idiot, but I am not able to follow this.  Clicked on File, but I am not seeing anything for options.

    Those are the items on the File menu in Internet Explorer

    then you have the document open in the Web App, not in Word 2013.  See my response to Carol Zachar for a screen shot of what you will see in Word 2013.
