Microsoft Word 2013 has stopped working

Whenever I try to open Word 2013 (safe mode is working fine), it says Word 2013 has stopped working. All other Office 2013 are working correctly.

Sounds like you may have a Bluetooth Add-in that is causing the problem.  Click on the File menu, then Options and then on Add-Ins and then click on the Go button alongside Manage Add-ins and if there is a Bluetooth Add-in, disable it.

    I have no Bluetooth add-i.  I have disabled all add ins and I still get the problem with ant Office 2013 application.  I have repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled. WIN 8 Pro

    It's the tab at the top left of the ribbon with the blue or black background and the word File on it in white, to the left of the Home tab.

    Sorry I didn't see this sooner, angeleLJONES. If the Word doc is a file you can get to on your computer, you could upload it to OneDrive and work on it there, in Word Online. Go to OneDrive.com, upload the file, click on it to open it in your browser, in Word Online. You can print it from there, too.

    I realize that doesn't solve the problem of Word shutting down, but at least you can work on your paper that way. Hopefully someone with expertise on boot problems can address that.

    I have the same problem. But there is no blutooth add-in. I could found "onenote notes about word add-in only. Please help me with that problem. I am fedup with re booting and re installing.
