Microsoft Word 2013 has stopped working

Whenever I try to open Word 2013 (safe mode is working fine), it says Word 2013 has stopped working. All other Office 2013 are working correctly.

Sounds like you may have a Bluetooth Add-in that is causing the problem.  Click on the File menu, then Options and then on Add-Ins and then click on the Go button alongside Manage Add-ins and if there is a Bluetooth Add-in, disable it.

    Hi Doug, 

    Thanks for the response! When I go in to Manage -> COM Add-ins there's nothing checked there, and the only one that shows is something about OneNote.

    However, I was playing around in that menu about, and I'm wondering if it could have something to do with the Mendeley add-in. I'm guessing that is likely the culprit, since now when I try to go back and export it without references I'm getting an error.

    I guess I'll head over there now, hah. Thanks!
