Microsoft Word 2013 has stopped working

Whenever I try to open Word 2013 (safe mode is working fine), it says Word 2013 has stopped working. All other Office 2013 are working correctly.

Sounds like you may have a Bluetooth Add-in that is causing the problem.  Click on the File menu, then Options and then on Add-Ins and then click on the Go button alongside Manage Add-ins and if there is a Bluetooth Add-in, disable it.

    Word and Excel 2013 stopped working. They will open but when I try to open a file I get the not working message. They work fine in safe mode. I haven't added anything new. I tried uninstalling Office 2013 and reinstalling; nothing changed. When I go to File Menu Options does not appear. Can you help?

    Have you tried to start it in Safe Mode by holding down the CTRL key while starting it until you are asked if you want to start in Safe Mode and then answering in the affirmative.
