Microsoft Word 2013 has stopped working

Whenever I try to open Word 2013 (safe mode is working fine), it says Word 2013 has stopped working. All other Office 2013 are working correctly.

Sounds like you may have a Bluetooth Add-in that is causing the problem.  Click on the File menu, then Options and then on Add-Ins and then click on the Go button alongside Manage Add-ins and if there is a Bluetooth Add-in, disable it.

    Sounds like you may have a Bluetooth Add-in that is causing the problem.  Click on the File menu, then Options and then on Add-Ins and then click on the Go button alongside Manage Add-ins and if there is a Bluetooth Add-in, disable it.

    Word won't let me disable the Bluetooth Add-on because it says I am not the Administrator, even though I am. Another one of MS's almost infinite Catch-22s.

    I am having the same problem and this might work but I don't even know how to access file menu!!!!!!

    Is file explorer the same thing?  Couldn't find options .

    i have checked and found non of the add-in you all mention i have it in my office 2013 however i have tried to put bluetooth to inactive and problem persist with the microsoft office not working error when opening. anybody can help ? i have already crop the picture of my add-in but how do i attach photo here ?
