Unable to open Word 2013 Error: Word has stopped Working.

Original Title: $140 for ****!

I have purchased Office Home & Student 2013 and it installed perfectly fine. Yet, when I go to Word and try open a blank document out pops a box stating Microsoft Word has stopped working and I will be notified IF there is a fix. WTH! I cannot use the dang program. PLEASE help!!

    Hold down the Ctrl key while you start Word, keeping it held down until you are asked if you want to start Word in safe mode.

    Thank you for the solution. I also had the problem with the "Microsoft Word has stopped working" popping up on my PC, but I followed your instructions and balance has been restored to my Office software. Hallelujah! Thanks for the help. ヽ(◠‿◠✿)ノ

    Hi

    Your suggestion was great. I disabled "Send to Bluetooth"  Add-ins and the problem disappeared!!
