I have purchased Office Home & Student 2013 and it installed perfectly fine. Yet, when I go to Word and try open a blank document out pops a box stating Microsoft Word has stopped working and I will be notified IF there is a fix. WTH! I cannot use the dang program. PLEASE help!!

I deleted the Abbyy Finereader from my PC and now Word and Outlook are working fine and faster. The Abbyy Finereader file said it had to do with Sprint but since I am with Verizon I cannot see how that matters. Anyway, the damn thing works now.
