I am getting the following error in Office 2013. My software is licensed but it gives this error and exit:
Microsoft office can't find your license for this application. a repair attempt was unsuccessful or was cancelled.

My problem was solved after restarting/starting SOFTWARE PROTECTION service in windows 8, that service was stopped and its behaviour was Automatic(Delayed Start). So i just start that service and error gone. YOu try this as well.
I rebought the software so you should find a new license. Please let me know if you have the new one!

I do not see a licence but the problem was resolved when I re-booted my laptop. Semms to be working fine now.....thanks.
thanks alot for helping out quick. yes i have also tried to repair but that doesn't helped me. it seems that i have to reinstall it in order to work again because none of the MS apps are running. thumbs up RON. im also attaching the error which comes up
just after starting my machine.
