Mail Merge with Excel Charts

HI,

I need to execute mail merge with excel charts, there are 100+ records in excel.

Based on certain data field i need to create a pie chart.

Using mail merge i am expected to have different pie chart for each record

Is their any way to create this functionality in office 2010 ???

Download the MergeTools – 20120609 Add-in that I created from the following page of my Windows Live SkyDrive:

and also the Mail Merging with Charts document that is also on that page.  That document explains how you must set up the Excel Data Source and the Mail Merge Main document to be able to execute a merge with a Chart that is unique to each record in the data source.

    Hi Ben,

    I cannot reproduce that problem using field names of "vest" or "v test".  Are you sure that there was not a space before the "V"

    If you can send me a copy of the data source (from which you can delete the records, but leave the field names), I will investigate the issue.

    Doug,

    Yours work in this area sounds great.  I was able to find the "Mail Merging with Charts" document on your SkyDrive and created the Excel workbook and Mail Merge document as instructed, but could not find the Merge Tool to create the automated merge with Word for multiple documents.  Did I overlook something?

    The file that you need to download is MergeTools – 20150422.dotm  However, the extension .dotm does not appear on the OneDrive page and you will not see it until you start to download the file.

    Hi Sir,

                first data is 1 pdf, second data is 2 pdf (fisrt data and second data), how can I show first data is 1 pdf, second data is 1 pdf (the second data) and third data is show third pdf?
