Download the MergeTools – 20120609 Add-in that I created from the following page of my Windows Live SkyDrive:

https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=5aedcb43615e886b#cid=5AEDCB43615E886B&id=5AEDCB43615E886B%21111

and also the Mail Merging with Charts document that is also on that page.  That document explains how you must set up the Excel Data Source and the Mail Merge Main document to be able to execute a merge with a Chart that is unique to each record in the data source.

    Hi Doug,

Your tool MergeTools – 20120609 is amazing and I did manage to execute merge to create charts in individual files from the data in excel.

    I have a query.

E..g I have data in excel which has two kind of data sets. Therefore I can generate two different charts. How do I generate two different charts in one single document using the data from excel. Currently I am able to generate one single chart only.

    Regards,

    Swapnil

I would need to create a custom application to handle a second chart.  Contact me via e-mail with your requirements and I will let you know what it will take.

I'm having the **"Error! No document variable supplied"**issue - field name is total (I deleted the field name and recreated it to ensure there are no spaces or anything lurking - then re-inserted the field in the merge doc).

The chart merge is working great - just struggling to get the rest of the data into the document...

    Thanks!

If you send me the mail merge main document and the data source, I will investigate the issue.
