Download the MergeTools – 20120609 Add-in that I created from the following page of my Windows Live SkyDrive:

https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=5aedcb43615e886b#cid=5AEDCB43615E886B&id=5AEDCB43615E886B%21111

and also the Mail Merging with Charts document that is also on that page.  That document explains how you must set up the Excel Data Source and the Mail Merge Main document to be able to execute a merge with a Chart that is unique to each record in the data source.

The file that you need to download is a Word Macro Enabled Template MergeTools - 20140218

You may also want to download the pdf files that explain how to use several of the utilities.

Doug - thank you for all your help so far.  I have both of my docs set up and tried to pay attention to all the tips you have on here.  First to let you know I am using 2013.  Once I go to the Chart Merge, tell it where to save to, etc., I get "4198 Command Failed".  Any hints?

If you send me a copy of the mail merge main document and of the data source, I will investigate the issue.
