Download the MergeTools – 20120609 Add-in that I created from the following page of my Windows Live SkyDrive:

https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=5aedcb43615e886b#cid=5AEDCB43615E886B&id=5AEDCB43615E886B%21111

and also the Mail Merging with Charts document that is also on that page.  That document explains how you must set up the Excel Data Source and the Mail Merge Main document to be able to execute a merge with a Chart that is unique to each record in the data source.

The file that you need to download is a Word Macro Enabled Template MergeTools - 20140218

You may also want to download the pdf files that explain how to use several of the utilities.

I just clidked on the following link in my response above and it took me to the site from which you can download the add-in:

    https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=5aedcb43615e886b#!/?cid=5AEDCB43615E886B!cid=5AEDCB43615E886B&id=5AEDCB43615E886B%21566

I have tried several times to access the tools and all I can see is the WORD & PDF files, no file for downloading.

It is a requirement that is specific to data sources used with my Merge Tools Add-in that replaces the MERGEFIELDS in a document with DOCVARIABLE fields.

Word's mailmerge process deals with many irregularities in the field names in the datasource by prefixing the name of the field with M_ and there are just too many possible situations in which Word does that for the code in my Add-in to handle them efficiently.
