Download the MergeTools – 20120609 Add-in that I created from the following page of my Windows Live SkyDrive:

https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=5aedcb43615e886b#cid=5AEDCB43615E886B&id=5AEDCB43615E886B%21111

and also the Mail Merging with Charts document that is also on that page.  That document explains how you must set up the Excel Data Source and the Mail Merge Main document to be able to execute a merge with a Chart that is unique to each record in the data source.

It would be necessary to customize the add-in to get it to create a single pdf that contains all of the individual documents.  While it can be done, it is not something that the majority of people would want.

Contact me by email if you want me to develop a customized application for you.

    Doug,

I apologize, I usually am a bit more thorough. After looking thru this thread I found the solution to the multiple page output issue was caused by not selecting the complete area in the table cell when inserting the bookmark....my bad. Still it would be nice to output just one pdf containing all records.

    Tks, George ThePorge

    Doug,

Thanks for putting this together. I seem to be having an issue with the output however. When I produce a pdf or Word file the 1st record outputs a file with one page. 2nd record creates a file with 2 pages. 3rd record creates a file with 3 pages and  so on and so on. This really wouldn't be an issue however each time the next page/pdf generates it takes a bit longer to process. I created a database with just 250 records and killed it after waiting 6 minutes to get to record 74. Have I over looked a setting that prevents this from happening? Also, it would be great to be able to just produce a single pdf containing all the charts.

    Tks again, George ThePorge

If you send me the mail merge main document and the data source, I will investigate the issue.
