Access 2013 - Dbase (.dbf) Table Import option

I need to be able to import read/write Dbase dbf tables - yes they are still around so why has the standard option that was in Access 2010 gone?

I have seen mention of ISAM, which is gobbledegook to me. So please a simple answer - what do I need to install or change and how do I do it?

    Why buy a license? All but less than 10% of my users have Office Standard, not Pro. They use the Access runtime to run my apps.

    Using Access 2010 would be a good solution except that that is exactly what I wanted to do but Microsoft would not allow me to purchase any more Access 2010 licenses when I needed to add a PC to our network. Therefore, I could not install the required software on the new PC. They would not even allow me to purchase a current version of Access and downgrade it to 2010. It was like Microsoft were being as obstructive as they possibly could be to me resolving my problem.

    Two avenues of proof. One is that some of the items have been marked as under consideration etc. There are some I think marked complete.

    The other is because as MVPs we have contact with the product team.
