Here is another way.

1.  In the pages program on your mac, click on File, then Export to followed by Word

2.  On the Word” tab. Click on “Advanced Options" and on the format bar, click on .docx (if using any word version 2007 to present, or .doc if earlier version.

3.  On Save as, give the file a name, and location (desktop or flash drive) and click on export.

You can now take that file to any PC that has Word and open.

    Someone sent me a Pages doc from their Mac, but I use Windows on a PC. Changing the extension to a zip file worked brilliantly! Thanks!

    Among the items in the zip folder, I got a PDF that I was able to read.
