Here is another way.

1.  In the pages program on your mac, click on File, then Export to followed by Word

2.  On the Word” tab. Click on “Advanced Options" and on the format bar, click on .docx (if using any word version 2007 to present, or .doc if earlier version.

3.  On Save as, give the file a name, and location (desktop or flash drive) and click on export.

You can now take that file to any PC that has Word and open.

    Juliana Koh's solution works, but in my case the preview file was a .jpg. Still, it can be opened and printed (although I can't copy/paste from it into a document).

    Doesn't work for windows phone 8.1.

    It splits the file into several weird files with weird extensions. 

    Besides that I want to be able to edit the file on my windows phone.

    Useless solution.

    Hi there,

    If you are talking about opening a file with .pages extension , well that is possible.

    Steps.

    1. Save the file locally on your windows computer.
    2. Right click on the file and select rename.
    3. Remove .pages extension and enter .zip as the extension and press enter.
    4. Open the zip file and it shold allow you open the file and its contents.

    Thanks for the simple solution for those who only need to view and print the file.

    This worked on my pc running Windows 7 & Microsoft Office 2007.  After saving as *.zip, I just need to right-click to unzip the contents.  The 'preview.pdf' file located in the 'Quicklook' folder can be viewed and printed with no problem.

    Note : There is another solution for those who still find the above (or google docs method) not working.  You need to get a free Apple ID to use the iCloud web app in order to work with iWorks (Pages, Numbers & Keynote) I have not tried this as Deven's method worked fine for me.  For more info, you may refer to https://www.icloud.com/
