Error message: Word cannot start the converter mswrd632.wpc. How can I correct?

This error shows up when I try to open certain Word documents using the .doc extension.

    Mr. Srinivasan,

    I followed your instructions, but in the "edit" the 'delete button' is inactive.

    Then I clicked on the live button of "permissions" and removed the code in the

    box and it became an 'oper for everyone'

    But, I still can't open my encyrpted or encoded files and the

    error message mswrd632 converter appeared.

    Is there any other way to open these files?

    Is there a proven software to open these files?

    Ran into this problem using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 and I didn't want to go through all the RegEdit stuff, So.... I tried your solution and TAA DAA -= it worked, Thanks
