Occurs when: Using the Import from Excel feature

I have checked the Add/Remove Features and Access is completely installed, not sure what is missing?

I figured out what is happening but not how to fix it yet.  I am installing Access 2010 separately from Office 2010.  If I remove office 2010, stand alone install Access 2010 works fine. Once I put Office 2010 back on, i get the same errors again.  Our base office 2010 install does not include Access 2010.  We want to install Access 2010 separately for those who require it. I have a case with Microsoft to figure out the way around this.

renaming the VBA folder then repairing and rebooting got it working for me.  I had all the same issues as listed above.

Unfortunately, this issue is still open...  no solution yet.

I have the same issue and none of the suggested solutions work.   I have the RTM version of Access 2010.  I have just installed it on several machines. I got the same result with importing a text file.  Im installing all features.  Thanks for your help.
