I am using excel 2007, on occasion when i try to select any one cell it will highlight and select multiple cells. Once this occurs it happens with every cell I click on.

I have heard, but cannot confirm, that some people with this problem have found that altering the zoom level (slider in lower right corner of Excel window) gets the multiple seelction to go away

Does anyone know if Office 2013 SP1 solves this issue?
I have just about read through everything, but seem to find that the fix is facial in terms of annoyance, and not the problem itself.
I am on Windows 7, SP1, all the latest updates, and using Office Suite 2010. I, too, am using a Logitech mouse, rollerball mouse, but have not installed the software to use specific buttons.
Now, particularly, I am using an Excel Macro Enabled Workbook, am using macro's on 3 of the sheets. The third sheet using the macro is the one that consistently produces this problem. I have copied new sheets and tried over again, and it replicated just on this one page. Zooming in and out, changing page view, works well to prevent the multi-stick, but it does not fix the problem at all.
My macro sheets are the last 3 pages of a 5 page workbook. The 2nd page is nothing but notes for other user who are updating the last 3 pages. The 1st page is an opener page, the page that leads in the macro for the last 3 pages, then has several formulas displaying general data from the other pages as a quick reference. One of these formulas is a "LOOKUP" formula displaying data from each of the 3 sheets. The lookup formulas for the first two macro pages, as I will call them, work fine. The formula for the 3rd page, which specifically gives me the multi-stick cells, will not work. What I get is 5 cells that stick at once, and when I write the lookup formula on the 3rd macro sheet for 5 cells above, the answer gives what I am looking for, not at the cell itself. The sticky cell issue does not replicate on macro sheet 1 or 2.
