My computer will only print one copy even tho i select muliple copies

I cant seem to figure out why the programme will only allow me to print one copy of a document at a time even tho multiple copies are selected!! i have installed the printer drivers again and am nearly sure that its not the printers fault? any ideas anyone?

Just to confirm this fixed the issue for me.  Printer is an HP LaserJet 3330 using Windows 7's own driver.  Disabling Mopier mode (which had been enabled by default) fixed the problem and allowed multiple copies to be printed.   Steps to fix:

  1. Start > Devices and Printers

2. Double-click printer

  1. Double-click "Customize your printer"
  2. Click "Device Settings" tab
  3. Scroll to bottom of page and change "Mopier Mode" to Disabled under the "Installable Options" group.

Thanks for pointing this out David, it's something that's been bugging me since Vista.

Does this issue happen only with Word?

Did you try to print in other Office applications like Excel?

Check if you can print multiple copies in WordPad and Excel.

If it happens only in Word, check this article and see if it helps

    1. Go to Control Panel.

    Under "Hardware and Sound" Click 'View Devices & Printers'

    1. Find Your Printer and Right Click on it.
    2. Now Click on "Printer Preferences" in the drop down panel.
    3. Click the "Advanced" Tab.
    4. Now there will be 5 buttons across the top (Click the Last one) "Device options will appear if you mouse over the button."
    5. In the Panel on the Left that says: "Printer Functions" Select: "Quick Print Setup.

    &. Now on the Right (Turn on Quick Print Setup)

    1. Below There should be a [SETTING] Button, Click it and Make Sure {Multiple Pages} is Checked.

       (I Checked them all)

    1. On bottom of Window Click [APPLY] Then [OK]......Now you should be able to Print Multiple Pages from Windows.

    This was verified on Windows 10 Anniversary Build.

    Yes, this was the same problem for me at the time I went looking for it following the info posted here for my problem, but I gave up, and did not revisit the issue, and as I said i renewed office 360.
