Do you mean within a cell with text wrapping turned on? You can only change the font size, you have no direct control over line spacing within a cell.

If you mean between cells, you can change the row height, of course.

    Yes.  With text wrap on and having multiple lines, how do I adjust the spacing between lines.

    No, you can only enter font sizes in points, in increases of 0.5 points.

    You can't control the line spacing within a cell. It is determined by the font size.
