What happened to all the clip art?

Office used to have a great selection of clip art.  I relied on it for teaching and it seems the offerings have seriously shrunk.  I used a series with the keyword 'teen' for my students worksheets and now they are no longer in the menu!  In fact, nothing comes up at all with this keyword anymore.  What's up!?!

If I type teen in WORD I get loads back.

Try the following (I am working in WORD):-

Insert tab / Illustrations group / click on Clip Art and the Clip Art Task Pane should launch on the right hand side.

In the Search for: box type:-

teen

Make sure that Search in: is set to:-

All collections

Make sure that Results should be: is set to:-

All media file types

Hit Go

Now you should get plenty of Clip Art back.

    Thanks! That's exactly the page that used to come up in Office 2007 when searching for clipart and choosing "Clipart on Office online". I'm not sure why or how that link is now broken within the Office 2007 Suite but I can't help but wonder if it is a Windows 8 issue.

    Circular is right! Those instructional pages are useless. The links at the bottom do not link to any clipart, only more instructions. We're not looking for instructions. We all know how to do it! We're looking for the actual clipart!

    It's not a Win 8 issue. I'm using Windows 7. Microsoft re-did the web pages and links, and left us with these results.

    I noted in response to the same question under Publisher that the Great Britain site still allows you to search for clipart:

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-gb/images/

     

    as does the Canada site:

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-ca/images/

     

    I agree that the majority of clip art items are brought in from Microsoft when you use Insert > Clip Art. If you look in the Clip Art pane under the drop down "Search in", you will see "Web Collections", and drilling down further you should see "Microsoft Office", which is the on-line collection.  The new on-line set-up on the Microsoft site leaves a bit to be desired in functionality.

    I tried these today and they come up with the same page as the US page.  ARGH!
