I've discovered a couple of bugs with Excel Conditional formatting that have been confirmed by others, but other than people knowing people (who know people) who work at Microsoft there doesn't seem to be any forum, website, email address etc. for John Q. Public to report issues with a product. I'm not talking about complaining about missing features etc., I'm talking about "broken" features.
Anybody insights?

Steps to reproduce:-
1• go to google.com
2• type excel file download
3• click on first link "download excel file viewer -microsoft"
4• result* microsoft page opens stating that, "we are sorry the page you requested cann't be found". Not able to view microsoft excel viewer.

So it's Google problem then.
