How do you report a product bug to Microsoft?

I've discovered a couple of bugs with Excel Conditional formatting that have been confirmed by others, but other than people knowing people (who know people) who work at Microsoft there doesn't seem to be any forum, website, email address etc. for John Q. Public to report issues with a product. I'm not talking about complaining about missing features etc., I'm talking about "broken" features.

Anybody insights?

    The last few posts to this discussion are precisely the reason MS doesn't have a public bug reporting system. That is all they would receive from the vast majority of people. I will add that it is frustrating to discover an actual bug but have no reliable way of getting it resolved. Good luck to the OP, and everyone else!

    Very true. I recall, even when I was beta testing for Microsoft, practically all bug reports were basically feedback, where everybody knew much better than Microsoft what Microsoft products should look like. And those were already screened testers, when Microsoft had closed betas.

    I have a problem to report when loading TurboTax on Windows 10...

    I have to bring up the Task Manager and kill the msiexec.exe process in order for the installation to complete...

    will there be a fix for this?

    That link does not work.

    I have a Windows 10 problem.

    I am unable to save any executable files anywhere on any folder.

    The error message says, "you require administrator privileges to write into this folder."

    I am the administrator. I am the only one on this machine.

    I installed the Windows 10 on this machine.

    Microsoft used to have paid support.

    I cannot find that number anymore.

    I don't know if this qualifies as a bug but today my windows 7 up dated 4 new updates installed, since the updates my browser has crashed about a dozen times, you need to fix this update or im going to do a restore
