How do you report a product bug to Microsoft?

I've discovered a couple of bugs with Excel Conditional formatting that have been confirmed by others, but other than people knowing people (who know people) who work at Microsoft there doesn't seem to be any forum, website, email address etc. for John Q. Public to report issues with a product. I'm not talking about complaining about missing features etc., I'm talking about "broken" features.

Anybody insights?

    I am say about your type here  to search feature this is a broken feature because to click then all the task bar will  not be responding  and then you will restart your laptop/desktop then the task bar will properly work this is a major issue for the window 10 for microsoft

    Hello,

    I am unable to add a web page to my Favorites list. 

    I click the 'star' icon on the address bar and a dialog box opens with a picture of the web page and a default description.  

    I click the 'add' button, and the dialog box goes away.

    I am expecting another dialog box asking me in what folder to put the web page address, but nothing happens.

    I tried adding the same web page address to Internet Explorer 11 and the web address adds OK there.

    Please advise.

    You use logic when you don't know something for sure. In this case, you have very plain text that says that comcast server named  resqmta-po-01v.sys.comcast.net has rejected your email. You can certainly use this information as an exercise in logic, but the only possible question here should be "why".

    More specifically, your own computer named "foxtrot" sent email to comcast server called resomta, which passed it to comcast server "resqmta", which decided that it's spam.

    Looking at your headers, I would start with turning off your AVG antivirus, so it wouldn't inject its headers announcing that it's not spam, like if spammers couldn't inject the same.
