Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Dear B.V.mlt
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
I understand that you are having trouble on recover your Microsoft account.
I understand that you would like to recover your account, but I just want to let you know that Microsoft Account Recovery is handled by a fully automated server, and in order to protect the security and privacy of our customers, the Community Team cannot and does not have access to or view any account information.
If you are unable to perform phone verification when unblocking, you can refer to the following URL for troubleshooting.

Then manually enter this URL to try to unblock your account.

If it still doesn't work, in this case, filling out the recovery form is the only way to recover your account.
I understand that you have already tried to submit the form but faced some challenge in answering those questions being asked. Guessing is okay – wrong answers don't count against you. You can answer as many questions as possible as thoroughly as possible.
When you come up with a question that allows you to "add more," fill in as much information as possible. You also have the option to submit a form at least twice daily. Perseverance and patience are key to potentially getting back into your account.
You can fill out the form: Recover your account (live.com)
The secret to passing the validation process is to provide as much accurate information as possible. The more accurate your information, the more likely you are to pass validation. Answer the questions using the information you used when you created the account or last updated it, and it would be best if you can submit an account recovery request using the computer or devices where you successfully accessed the account.
Also, I just want to add that by putting your purchases and credit card details in the form you will get a higher chance of getting your account back.
