Why can't I add multiple signatures in New Outlook anymore?

It looks like this has just been updated. I can only have one signature?
I don't want this, I want a different reply signature to my original signature.
I want a saved signature that I can have for out of office.
I want a saved signature I can have for special occassions.

This update (along with the majority on New Outlook updates) sucks.

The update also deleted all of my signatures that were existing which is very frustrating!

Issue Status: RESOLVED

**Issue Description:**Users may be unable to add or manage Signatures in the new Outlook desktop client.

More info: Users may be able to add and manage Signatures using the Outlook mobile app, Outlook on the web, or in the classic Outlook desktop client while Microsoft resolve this issue.

Final Update: 02/06/2025 08:49:00 AM – The deployment of the targeted fix completed and Microsoft confirmed with affected users that impact is remediated.

Scope of impact: Any users may be unable to add or manage Signatures using the new Outlook desktop client.

Root cause: A recent standard service update contains a code change that’s preventing the attendees from seeing the screenshare within a Managed Mode meeting through the Microsoft Teams web app.

**Next Steps:**Microsoft are reviewing and updating their service update validation procedure to identify and prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.

    I have the same issue and found a solution. (Fingers crossed that it sticks!). I opened the web version of Outlook in browser and confirmed both of my signatures were there. Then, I closed the New Outlook desktop app and relaunched it. After I did that, both signatures and the option to add more do appear in Outlook>Settings>Accounts>Signatures. I also verified the correct signatures are being added when I compose or reply to emails.

    Thank you so much!!! I've just tried your solution and it works! Previously I had to revert to using the online version but delighted with being able to use the client version again until Microsoft roll out a fix.

    I've had the same problem since the last Outlook update. Yesterday I submitted the issue to Microsoft Support.

    I just checked Outlook and I see that the signatures I had in Outlook Web are syncing again.

    In the admin center, Microsoft announced that they have released an update to solve this issue.

    Hi

    It appears to be be fixed. I can now reset the signatures [4 of them] on my install

    Microsoft Outlook Version: 1.2025.522.100 (Production)

    Client Version: 20250523006.11

    WebView2 Version: 136.0.3240.92

    Just to add that I did apply this update which may or may not have helped here.

    I just found this fix that works, of course it needs to be done on each PC, I've tested it and it works
