Why can't I add multiple signatures in New Outlook anymore?

It looks like this has just been updated. I can only have one signature?
I don't want this, I want a different reply signature to my original signature.
I want a saved signature that I can have for out of office.
I want a saved signature I can have for special occassions.

This update (along with the majority on New Outlook updates) sucks.

The update also deleted all of my signatures that were existing which is very frustrating!

    Hi, Katherine

While I'm not the OP for this issue, I am currently experiencing the same problem.
In browser I do still have access to the signatures I have created, however the newest update for the Windows application appears to only allow for a single signature, with no option to swap to another one. Frustratingly, this signature box is completely empty and initially made me believe it was wiped.
The signatures are still saved within the web browser version of Outlook. Do we know if this is planned to be removed in the future or is it a bug tied to the application?

    Hello,

I have the exact same issue as the original poster above. Yesterday 28th everything worked fine, and today Outlook updated itself and now the new windows app allows me to have only ONE signature, while the Classic app and the Web version of the new app have all my company signatures.

Please fix this issue! It is very unpleasant to work like this!

Hi, I am having the same issue which I cannot resolve. This has only happened in the last 24 hours? I have about 8 email accounts and now I only have a single option for a signature. I am having to copy/paste each time prior to sending or replying to emails? Can you provide a solution, I have spent about 3 hours on it today without success.

I am from the Peterson and Control Union company. My colleagues and I are meet the same issue when we are using the Office 365 enterprise outlook new desktop application.

The outlook version info in my PC:

    Microsoft Outlook Version: 1.2025.522.100 (Production)

    Client Version: 20250523006.06

    WebView2 Version: 136.0.3240.92

    1. The signatures in the Outlook web has no issue.
    2. The signatures in the Outlook classic desktop application has no issue.
