I can't log in to my hotmail.com or Outlook email account

Hi,I can't log in to my hotmail.com email account and I am getting this error as depicted in picture below. I also tried from Android and iPhone outlook apps, but it is not opening from there too. Can someone help me?

Bonsoir, il est 20h et tout est rétabli pour moi depuis je ne sais pas combien de temps? je pense vers 18h30, j'espère qu'il en est de même pour tout le monde car c'est très frustrant surtout pour ceux qui ont des emails importants, bon courage à tous :-)

Does this mean that Microsoft is having issues on their end that is causing me to not be able to login to my email?

i've had the same issue all of 2025, and going back thru most of 2024. So, it does not seam to be something they will fix.

If there is a way to login directly to hotmail, outlook, via browser/web, I have not found out what needs to be done.

And there is no more technical support for "home" office 365 of any kind, even web based.

I've come to the conclusion that Microsoft no longer wants to sell this product and I was a sucker for doing so.

I'm actively looking for a competitive product but have yet to find one.
- Gmail has no folders....???
- iCloud is really wonky via the web and using email on macOS sucks up a lot of storage, good tool but no web only option.,
- yahoo is almost workable but I'm already using that for something else.
- Even tried "xfinity"/comcast email. Sucky.
None of them Redirects or migrates well

So, subscribing for other free/very cheap US based email recommendations. ( I don't need language/vpn complications)

All I want is email.
