It is July 11, 2025, 07:03 AM UTC and still no fix on the issue.

Outlook desktop client is giving the error "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed."

Help, Quick Help, Mirosoft Store tools are unable to connect to the server.

Cannot login to another account on Office apps such as Excel, Word etc. It asks to check for the network settings and try again.

This all started happening after I had a power outage. But the support seems to believe it's all due to the general issue ongoing on their end. Does anyone else encountered the same type of errors as I did?
