Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Thanks! The second one (TAB past and return to the To field) is what I figured out after playing with it. Probably easier for her since she is in her 70's.
This browser is no longer supported.

Good morning,
Within the past 2 days, my Outlook Live web browser will no longer tab from the "TO" field to the "CC" field or the "BCC" field when email addresses autopopulate into the "TO" field.
It has tabbed fine for almost 5 years for all contacts, but for the past few days, it will no longer work on any of the names in my contact list.
If I enter their name and then try to tab down to the subject line, it highlights the name in yellow, but it will never tab down to the other fields.
If I put my cursor in the subject line and then tab, the cursor will move from the subject line to the body of the email.
Why is the Outlook Live web browser functioning this way on certain names in my contact list?
I have cleared my cache and cookies.
I have tried using incognito mode.
Nothing has worked.

I have encountered the same problem at the same time, on a desktop win11 PC, in Edge and chrome.
It is an annoying new 'feature' of outlook
I am having this same issue.. just started trying to use the online version instead of desktop and already trying to work around the rules that are missing. Not sure I can work around this tab issue however
I am experiencing this as well. Very annoying!
Sorry to disappoint, but this issue is present in the desktop version of 'new' outlook also. Happened to me today, was fine last Friday. Quite frustrating
