Good morning,
Within the past 2 days, my Outlook Live web browser will no longer tab from the "TO" field to the "CC" field or the "BCC" field when email addresses autopopulate into the "TO" field.
It has tabbed fine for almost 5 years for all contacts, but for the past few days, it will no longer work on any of the names in my contact list.
If I enter their name and then try to tab down to the subject line, it highlights the name in yellow, but it will never tab down to the other fields.
If I put my cursor in the subject line and then tab, the cursor will move from the subject line to the body of the email.
Why is the Outlook Live web browser functioning this way on certain names in my contact list?
I have cleared my cache and cookies.
I have tried using incognito mode.
Nothing has worked.

2025-04-07T21:14:32+00:00 The version of Classic Outlook the tech moved me into moves just as fast as MS365 in all aspects. I used it for years with the company I worked with and had no issues with speed etc. I have all my settings adjusted. Also Classic allows my to add emails from other people to a reply which greatly improves my responses when I need to refer to another email for support…this is Avery good feature that I have back now

2025-04-07T20:51:35+00:00 The thing is with classic outlook that it takes far too long to send messages and synchronize folders - that was why I moved to new outlook in the first place. Aargh!!

2025-04-07T20:49:56+00:00 Having the same issue here and unable now to copy a block of email addresses from one email to another - ended up doing so in Gmail but very fiddly. There are so many issues with new Outlook, any suggestions for a different email platform for personal use on Windows 11? Many thanks.

2025-04-07T19:41:21+00:00 Hi! I contacted Microsoft Support and they had me move onto Classic Outlook. They explained that Classic Outlook is an upgrade and offers more features. They switched me over to this version and the Tab keys works as it should again. I was in Microsoft 365 Personal where they added the CoPilot feature. This tabbing problem just started over the weekend when I had an Windows update installed. Also, Classic Outlook did not cost more to have....it is a version that I used when I work for a larger company a few years back....
