Why does my "tab" key no longer cycle out of the "TO" area? Outlook Live Web Browser

Good morning,

Within the past 2 days, my Outlook Live web browser will no longer tab from the "TO" field to the "CC" field or the "BCC" field when email addresses autopopulate into the "TO" field.

It has tabbed fine for almost 5 years for all contacts, but for the past few days, it will no longer work on any of the names in my contact list.

If I enter their name and then try to tab down to the subject line, it highlights the name in yellow, but it will never tab down to the other fields.

If I put my cursor in the subject line and then tab, the cursor will move from the subject line to the body of the email.

Why is the Outlook Live web browser functioning this way on certain names in my contact list?

I have cleared my cache and cookies.

I have tried using incognito mode.

Nothing has worked.

Same for me, i can no longer tab out of the To field.

Additionally, the copy command next to someone's email address no longer works. This was already really frustrating that once you had attended a meeting you had to separately double click each name then in the next window click to copy their email (why not just show the copy button on the meeting invite).

Microsoft, you should be embarrased. How many engineers and testers do you have and still this garbage is released?

I'm using the desktop app as well Stacy.

Further more, when I use the Tab key to cycle from the subject field to start the email it then Tabs to the bottom of my signature.

    Frustrating!!

Me too, but rather than using a web browser I am using the app installed on my laptop via windows. Very frustrating when it has worked perfectly since forever.

I'm also having the same issue - since my windows 11 update.

Why is MS so difficult and buggy.

I still think XP was the most stable!

Every evolution since then has just been user laborious - I use a MAC at home but have to use MS at work.

If MS windows was free or even came with a £1000 for every user I'd still opt for a MAC

If you can't fix it then just say - we f*%ked up
