Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I am experiencing the exact same problem and it is maddening.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Good morning,
Within the past 2 days, my Outlook Live web browser will no longer tab from the "TO" field to the "CC" field or the "BCC" field when email addresses autopopulate into the "TO" field.
It has tabbed fine for almost 5 years for all contacts, but for the past few days, it will no longer work on any of the names in my contact list.
If I enter their name and then try to tab down to the subject line, it highlights the name in yellow, but it will never tab down to the other fields.
If I put my cursor in the subject line and then tab, the cursor will move from the subject line to the body of the email.
Why is the Outlook Live web browser functioning this way on certain names in my contact list?
I have cleared my cache and cookies.
I have tried using incognito mode.
Nothing has worked.

Having the same issue, keep us posted.
Tested in Chrome, Firefox, Edge, all tabbing backwards towards into the person who was just selected into the To: Field and won't tab down to CC Subject line or body. Shift+Tab goes equally backwards up to tools and message etc.
I suspect an update was pushed, same time period. Heck of an April fools joke.
Can we please find out why we can no longer tab down on an outlook email?
Yes. Agree. Please fix this. There must be a 'bug' in the office 365 outlook program somewhere that occurred within past 72 hours. Can't be rocket science either.

I am experiencing this same issue and it is incredibly frustrating! I am using the outlook web version on EDGE and have tried all kinds of fixes and nothing works. I experience the same problem if I use it on CHROME too.
Please advise back asap on how to fix this.
