Outlook webpage refreshes whenever emails with attachments are opened or writing new emails

Just as the title says, this began for the first time this morning. My Outlook webpage will refresh within seconds of opening any emails with attachments or opening up a new email to write regardless of email account or browser. I've tried on Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and my main browser, Chrome, to no avail. Have not found any solutions including clearing browsing history/cache/cookies, disabling any and all extensions, and even removing extensions from my browser entirely. I've also reset my password twice, restarted my computer, and don't know what to do from here.

My short-term fix/ workaround that I have found was to launch an incognito window in chrome. Seems too have given me some temporary relief. Long-term, I hope MS fixes this soon.

The outlook link from https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ is outdated. It goes to https://outlook.office.com/mail/. It should go to https://outlook.office365.com/mail/

Using this Office 365 link solved my issue.

Edited a day later: Issue is back....

This option worked for me, change your email URL to include 365...

UPDATE 2/12/25: Switching URL to https://outlook.office365.com/ had worked initially but what I see happen is when I click on some emails or try to open an attachment, the URL switches back to: https://outlook.office.com/ and the page refreshes. So it seems this does not really fix things.

Same issue and it is absolutely maddening. I don't want to use New Outlook, I want to use Outlook in my browser (Firefox).
